Start with the vehicle, not just the truck type
When arranging a tow, describe what needs to be moved before choosing equipment. Give the year, make and model, and mention all-wheel drive, four-wheel drive, hybrid or electric power if applicable. A badge or body style alone does not settle the towing requirements.

Make the pickup location easy to understand
